A formulation is only as good as what happens to it after it leaves the bench. These are the three pieces of process that decide whether what you eventually inject is still what we made — the gas above it, the water it meets, and the container it lives in.
None of it is exotic. It is what the good drugs get. It is simply absent from this market, because it is slow, it costs money, and nothing forces anyone to do it.

The argon system
Every vial is evacuated under vacuum, backfilled with 99.999% argon and sealed above atmospheric pressure — three full cycles before the stopper ever seats. From the day it is sealed to the day it is empty, no room air enters. Argon rather than nitrogen because it is denser than air, so it displaces oxygen rather than mixing with it — and because its presence in a sealed vial can only mean we put it there, which makes it a container-integrity check as well as a blanket.

The bacteriostatic water
A perfectly sealed cartridge reconstituted with oxygenated, pH-random water is not a protected product. Ours is argon-flushed during fill and argon-packed in the vial, so no dissolved oxygen enters at the moment the peptide is most vulnerable. Its starting pH is tuned to a tight window, because that is what lets a buffered cake land the final solution on target rather than wherever the batch happened to sit.

The pen cartridge
Almost everything in this space ships as a vial you draw from with a syringe. We formulate into cartridges: the dose is metered mechanically rather than read off a plunger, the needle is short and fresh each time, and the reservoir shrinks as drug leaves so nothing enters to replace it. A cartridge cannot be vacuum-protected at all — the piston simply slides — which makes inert-gas displacement the only method that works for the format.
